MAGNETON a. s.
is a traditional Czech producer of accessories for the automotive industry. Primary production consists mainly of alternators, starters, relays and bi-metallic fuses. It pays extraordinary attention to quality and holds a certificate of quality as per TS, QS and ISO standards. MAGNETON products reach its customers, including the most significant ones, all around the world.
MAGNETON also offers the possibility to use the production capacity of its plants.

Insolvency administrator of company MAGNETON a.s. has finished business to the day 1st June 2010 and business has been sold by one contract to the winner of tender according to the directive of creditor's committee. Company PAL MAGNETON a.s. is now the owner of the business. Company ID number is 278 24 047 and headquarters is Hulinska 1799/1, Kromeriz.
Only one shareholder of company PAL MAGNETON a.s. is company Rovina Group a.s.
New owner has finished the adoption of business and he intends to continue in company operation without any restriction. The main production continues without interruption and containments towards the customers.
