MAGNETON is a joint-stock company whose registered capital is approximately 11 million USD and which employs roughly 1100 persons. The company utilises the so-called German model of management led by a Supervisory Board and a Board of Directors. Its rich history dates back to 1926.
Organisational Structure
MAGNETON is a modern company. Its structure corresponds to the production program. Besides the automobile accessories plant for primary production, it also has two support plants for tool production and surface treatment.

Where are we?
MAGNETON is headquartered in Kroměříž. Kroměříž, with nearly 30,000 inhabitants, is the natural centre of the region with a complete infrastructure. Leading financial and insurance institutions have branches here. Its education system has a long and successful tradition.
Kroměříž is known for its historical monuments. It is registered in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites.
