In order to support primary production MAGNETON has developed two support plants which over time have been expanded and perfected so that they offer their services even to their own clients.
Surface Treatment and Heat Processing Plant
This concerns a surface treatment and heat processing plant which offers all primary surface treatment technology for small to large goods.
The MAGNETON a.s. surface treatment plant is one of the most modern of its kind in Europe.
Its technologies use the latest knowledge of physical chemistry. Almost all of the production lines are fully automated. The total production underlies the Quality Assurance Control System according to ISO 9001 and QS 9000 certification.

Tool Plant
The tool plant currently employs approximately 130 professionals with long-term experience in the field of producing precision tools and complex jaw molds.
It offers a wide selection of preparations, machinery and services. All quality standards used by Magneton a.s. are also applied in this plant.

Magneton also offers the production of parts and elements in its main plant and services in the fields of calibration, testing and standardising.
